Hey guys, I finally got my Murray running today. It was the first time in 49 years I've ever been on a riding mower.

I want to put a mulching plug on the deck but don't know which will work. I saw one listed for mowers after 1995. Mine is a 1994.

The deck is a 40" cut.

It was exciting for me to finally get the 12.5B&S engine to fire up. I burned out the magneto last week, and got a replacement on Ebay. Now the tractor runs great and I drove it around my yard today, I'm sure the neighbors thought I was nuts!!!

You might do a piece of rubber such as a truck mud flap that is bolted in place if you can't find an original

After further research it seems that kit is No Longer Available.

Thanks Hank and BBY, Ilooked everywhere on the net and couldn't find anything listed. I guess I'll be fabricating something. I appreciate the help though! Jim
