Looking at a Oliver tractor. The serial tag under the steering wheel has Model 425 22005 and Serial 306171. The decal on the side of the hood says 1255. I want to find a service or owners manual but not sure what I need to be looking for. Either model 425 or 1255?

It is a 1255 when looking for manuals or parts.

425-22005 is a production code.

From the Tractor Data specs and pictures, looks to be a solid machine.

Is it 2- or 4-wheel drive?

Look on eBay for manuals, parts, etc,

Its a 2-wheel drive. Engine runs good, but trouble with the hyd lift. Won't come up with the lever.

No mechanic here but it could be new filters and hydraulic fluid or?

If it's or, it could get real expensive really quick if even available parts.

Hard to say, maybe some O rings.

Changed the fluid already. Put in fresh UTF and a sump filter. Issue stills persists. Been trying to find a service manual that I could download but all the ones I find are for a fee.
