What is it/?

Picked up this old tiller yesterday and am looking for some info on it. There is no make or model # and it has tines that I have never seen.(Round stock) Has a B&S engine. This thing is built like a tank, Any help would be great.

My grandfather had one just like it. But it had a cover over the belt up front. That thing was a real work horse. :thThumbsU
