Not sure if it's the same on the LT155... the newer ones require a butt in the seat, brake pedal depressed, and PTO off in order to start.
That's the way mine is too. Not sure how the brake on deactivates the seat switch. All the safety switches are inline, so if any one is not making contact, it won't start. Another possibility is that there is a loose connection in the wiring somewhere. Hi, Yeah, the solenoid is on my list of things as well. The only other items are the relays under the key switch, not sure what those are for but I believe they are for the starter as well. Totally dead.When it will not start, when turning the key does it "click"? Or just totally dead?
