Made one of those "retiree" mistakes today, finished all the taxes and went to Post Office to mail (couldn't e-file!) and forgot today was a holiday! The days off just blend together!

Working to clean some of the house out to get rid of things not needed any longer and found a box that my mother had of my fathers WWII stuff. Will be going through this and determining what the family will keep and then see if any military museum would want the rest. Probably contact the museum at Ft. Sill and give them first crack since my father was an artillery Forward Observer in the war.

I've had them worse this year and closer to the house than ever before. Normally they stayed in the far back of the yard but this year they are along side the house and my tractor shed. Going to have to do something to get rid of the grubs I suspect!

Sounds like neither of you are have a fun day, going to head out for dinner with my son in a bit. Mexican food at our favorite Mexican restaurant!! Portions last for a few days after too.

Well looked out the window this morning to this sight, there were about 30 total in the group:

I picked up this Hobart Handler 140. It had the best reviews for a small MIG. I only have 120V power so I can't really get into the bigger machines. I looked at adding a 240V receptacle in the garage, but I don't have enough room on the breaker panel, so I'd need to run a subpanel which is beyond what I'm comfortable doing myself. Anyways this is quite a bit bigger than my old machine and should be plenty for what I need. And most importantly, it can run a bottle. I'm pretty excited to use it.

Well heres a little bit of me cutting some 1.5" stuff. Disregard all but the first cut. Operator error by the director lol.

That video engineer needs to work on the edits a bit, too much dead time at the end!!

I agree with Mike that thing really cuts quick!

Yep, daddy in law, he has flu and we were told to wear mask while in his room and the flu helped to throw off his diabetes so he’s in icu, all here in Ohio

Grainger 5/8" spring latches, yes welded them on. Things like this is why I wanted to learn to weld.

Some yard maintenance and a little work in the gardens. Raking the stone that I inevitably push with blade during snow removal back onto the driveway. Used the NY 322 today to do some blading work moving piles of leaves and pushing mulch from piles to spread over the lower garden for tilling (hopefully soon!!)

I'm burning an old tarp today and some other items that were cluttering up my basement. Almost never have burn restrictions in rural PA. They don't like you burning tires though, but it happens. Also cleaned up the wheel weights I picked up with the NY 322. Supposed to be over 60 degrees tomorrow so will do a final sandblast and then get those painted. Plow day is less than a month away, so if all the bans are gone by then should be able to hold it. I'll be watching!!!

Doug, see if the ends of your green hybrid are the same as the hose on the reel, if so it may be able to work on the spool. If there is a difference in thickness of the hose though it may not work!
