I have one of each of these tractors in moderate shape. I took the 165 down to the frame and have been restoring it. I have had some other commitments come up and am looking for advice on what to do.

I dont know if either in non running condition is worth enought to sell how they sit? All parts are there and they both ran when stored.

Should I finish them when I can or try to sell? I have a FEL for the 165 and the 145 has the rear PTO but the 165 doesnt.

I considered saving them and making one with both accessories or selling all as is if I can.

Thoughts?

Ha ha, well thanks. I guess I should just hold on to it and try it later when I have time to finish. Thanks for the insight on it, maybe it will become scrap metal. I know the FEL would be worth something.

Dont scrap them.
They are tough as nails.
I would compare them to a JD 316 for quality.
If you have the room, save them, they are great units.

It depends on the actual condition.

If they are complete they should be worth a bit if they work or not. Those Kohlers run a long time, they should run by cleaning out the carb and cleaning the points.
