Is this a cultivator I have not seen before or what??:dunno:

It was on CL.

Build one using a head off a 30" mower? :bananapow

I believe RotorVater made that one for two wheel Gravelys.

I can make out the company as Univator in Berkeley, CA on the gearbox in the attached photo. They show up now and then. This is a picture that I saved of one that was on CL in Texas for a while.

Haha, you were right!

Has anyone used one of these before? I think they were made to handle legitimate tilling and were marketed as such, whereas the Gravely "rotary cultivator" wasn't beefy enough.

Yes they are a true rotary cultivator. That one looks to be in decent shape. What do the tines look like on it as there were at least two different types. And yes, I do have one. :hide:

He ain't got no four lead Swiftamatic yet... ;-}

Rumor has it that Richard's has one, but I have not seen proof yet.

Yea, Don does have a one or two LS's.

Only have one LS but if I had another set of gears, you could bet on a 4-Lead SwiftAMatic.
