I believe RotorVater made that one for two wheel Gravelys.
I can make out the company as Univator in Berkeley, CA on the gearbox in the attached photo. They show up now and then. This is a picture that I saved of one that was on CL in Texas for a while.

Thanks John,

I knew there was a darth 'vator' in the somewhere.

Roger,
Haha, you were right!

Has anyone used one of these before? I think they were made to handle legitimate tilling and were marketed as such, whereas the Gravely "rotary cultivator" wasn't beefy enough.

Yes they are a true rotary cultivator. That one looks to be in decent shape. What do the tines look like on it as there were at least two different types. And yes, I do have one. :hide:

This is what it looks like under the cover of mine.

Roger,
Only have one LS but if I had another set of gears, you could bet on a 4-Lead SwiftAMatic.

Come on, you have been to Richard's and looked through his collection? Is there/was there, really such a thing as a four lead Swiftamatic?

Waiting with baited breath, easy to deceive, Roger from Missouri...
