Value of a 1952 JD mt

I'm planning on going to look at a 1952 jd mt. The owner says it was restored about 3 years ago, has factory wheel weights, and had a new hydraulic pump installed during the restore. I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice as to a fair value. I'm not looking to lowball anyone but I would like some opinions as to what a good fair price might be. (The photos sure look nice anyway.)
