"truck"

I'm reading a book titled Truck by John Jerome. It tells the story of restoring an old truck and his thoughts while doing so. It was written back in the seventies, but is still pretty relevant.

Have read "truck" a couple of times over the last 20 years, excited about starting the project, trouble finding parts, almost giving up,finally getting it running.....Could relate to the book, I bought a beat to crap ,1946 ford pickup in 1974 , fixed it up ,and still have it, drive it every summer. ...... Kind of like repairing garden tractors...only tractors are much easier....:thThumbsU

Ya I just got done reading the little engine that could. Great book.
Well, I finished it. It was worth reading. I was a little disappointed with the ending, but I suppose it's realistic.

Now I'm starting on a book titled "Old Tractors never die" by Roger Welsch
You'll like the Roger Welsh books.
