Shell Darina grease is more akin to a 300 weight gear oil, so 90 weight is way out of the picture.
Shell Dalrina will be hard to find; it's basically like a lithium grease except with clay instead of lithium. I'm sure any marine-grade grease would be fine, or at least that's what I used in mine.
