I have a kubota l2500 four wheel drive it had 7.00 16 tires on front was sold 7.50 16 is there much height differences between the two sizes and would it hurt the four wheel drive

There can be differences in height even between two different tires of the same nominal size. I don't think that there would be enough difference to cause any issues but if you want to be safe, just don't use 4WD when the tires are on hard surfaces like pavement. As long as you only use 4WD on dirt and grass any slight differences in ratios between the front and rear tires will not be an issue.

I have the original tires on my BX25D which are supposed to provide the "correct" ratios but even with those, when on dry pavement in 4WD the tires will leave scuff marks when making even a slight turn, so even the "correct" tires aren't correct for all situations in 4WD. That's why I try to only use 4WD when I absolutely need it.
