Toro wheel horse 14.35

i believe that is the model number off of it and this one has deck problems and runs at full throttle with just the choke on will not run without choke and im going to try to figure the deck out on it of whats wrong with it. im going to try to find a plow for this tractor if possible and going to get my self a pull behind lawn sweeper! and of course a trailer. Also like i had said i can not figure out how to adjust the hydrostatic transmission or the linkage between the pedal and the tranny. Anyhelp would be nice i am posting a video soon enough

and its a 14.38 and its model number is 71193 for the tractor and the engine model number is 28n707

Go to https://lookup3.toro.com/request/request.cfm
and enter your 71193 model number and serial or use 6912345 for a 1996 and 7912345 for a 1997. The 523 page Demystification Guide is an electrical manual. There are 7 or 8 other manuals you can download.
