Hi Everyone!
I have a Toro Power Clear 180, that will not shut off when I remove the key. What should I be looking for? I can pull on the rope with the key out, and it hesitates at first, but starts and runs without the key. This does not have a traditional turn key switch, but rather has one of those switches where you have to pull it out to stop the engine. Thanks in advance!

I'm not familiar with that particular machine but it sounds like the ground wire has come loose from the switcb.

or the switch is getting iffy. I've got a PC 721 that I need to wiggle the key a bit to get it to turn off.

I was thinking that the switch may be going out. The wires are conntected and tight.
