Well, I actually turned that easy mulch cover into a side discharge cover with a hacksaw, didn't have a discharge plate at the time.:biglaugh: With a mulch cover it works awesome. It mulches up the leaves real fine compared to my F-engine but my duraforce does a real good job. I don't use my 8229 all that much but it is a great mulcher and it cuts great too.
