Basically it breaks down to $2000 for the back hoe, $2000-2500 for a front end loader and $4400 for the tractor. That doesn't seem crazy to me. I would ask $4000 for my 445 especially with a 54" mower deck. Plow and quick hitch another $1000 and they could work on me from those numbers. I have looked at FEL for the 445 and a JD 40 is going to be $2000 to $2500. The aftermarket ones roughly $2000 plus or minus $400. A backhoe is easily the same as the FEL and maybe even harder to find. If it had the mower deck it would almost be a no brainer IMHO.

He said he was firm on the price. I think it will sit a bit at that price but it might not. See if he will throw the trailer in for the $8900.

The backhoe is a nice attachment to have as is a FEL. The FEL goes up to a nice height too. That setup will do a lot of work for the right person. It is all together too. No hunting around for stuff to make it all fit together.

I probably overvalued my 445 by $1500 too. LOL!

I thought those years Cub Cadets were very well built and highly thought of. It is a compact tractor too. Although it is only a hundred pounds or so heavier than my 445 garden tractor. You would have well over $20,000 it getting something similar new.

I found out it isn't a compact tractor it is a super garden tractor????

Right, it's not a SCUT, it's a 2wd GT, and it's a bit overpriced. The design of both the loader and the back hoe lead me to believe that they are home made, and a bit on the lighter side compared to some of the manufactured for GTs loaders and backhoes. That doesn't mean that they won't do an excellent job for you, just something of which you should be aware.

I'd suggest a value of no more than $6500, and I'd really need it to pay even that much. My brand new MF GC2310 TLB cost me $16,000 thirteen years ago.

A quick search of compact tractor loader backhoe on ebay turned up these to give you an idea of the price of a used SCUT TLB
