I always seem to have the best yeilds when I have tomatoes planted in 1/2 cut whiskey barrels.

I am thinking about raised bed gardening this years.

Does anyone out there use raised beds?

I've had good luck in plastics pots.

Last year I found a few orphan seeds in a pack, planted them even though it was Fall, kept the 3 plants indoors and had tomatoes in Spring! I plan on using some pots again this year. Just make sure you use large enough ones.
