So scratch my thread on the sleeve hitch adapter i guess, i now have a new sleeve hitch for the craftsman, and one that will be an adapter for the Sears!

Time to buy some lottery tickets, feeling **** lucky! Been thinking about a sleeve hitch for the craftsman, but didn't want to drop 160 on the hitch, and i certainly didn't want to drop that to sacrifice an adapter for a Sears 3pt. I checked a local classifieds paper and saw two new in box sleeve hitches for 50 a piece, i thought man if that wasn't 3 hours away i would jump on it! Well i figured for the **** of it i would ask if he would consider shipping. I get an email back with a shipping quote of 50 for both. So much for that i thought. Well he emails back and says if i take both he will eat half the cost and do 125. Not bad i thought, was giving it some serious thought...

Then he let's me know he is working about 45 minutes from me today if i wanted to meet up. And if i could meet up today he could do 80. Needless to say, here i am driving home, proud owner of two brand new sleeve hitches!

And of course i asked why he had two brand new hitches, his wife used to work at Sears, grabbed them on clearance with employee discount.

Mine is mostly semi frozen, some mud patches where everything melts and runs down to. Kinda fun for january!

No frost, all mud. Well, mud under the green grass...sllliiipppp. Does wonders for the clean (or used to be clean) kitchen floor and living room rug.

Since I am still new at this and trying to play catch up with you guys, I have numerous want ads out in various places, and have had surprising luck. The ST16 I decided to keep to use for spare parts, didnt realize how much I could use. I gotta do an assessment and see what I want to keep off of there. I can definitely get you the gas tank and probably the ammeter, ill go back and try to see about the other stuff

I arranged a deal for the Johnny Bucket, planned a 3 hour round trip, then realized that my wife had me going to a concert that afternoon. Turns out the concert was at a venue I never heard of 10 minutes from the Johnny Bucket seller. Awesome deal on the sleeve hitches, and have fun grading, SEAT TIME!
