Tire wear on Deere 2305 Compact

Looking to buy a 2305 Compact tractor. The one I looked at this morning,had worn, dry rot front tires. The back tires looked good for a tractor with 450 hours. No issue replacing the tires but don't understand why such a difference on the wear on front vs back and why would the front tires be in such a bad shape for a tractor with 450 hours. Thanks

Do they have a front end loader on it? The weight from a FEL will definitely wear out front tires quicker.
