Not really. The 4 speed doesn't help you go any faster. They started using that to eliminate the need for the dual trannies. It slows you down.

Oh, I thought it was the normal ratios with another gear at a higher ratio. I geuss 4th is more like 3rd and the other gears are just lower? I suppose that's why the 4 speeds don't have the key shape in the body tunnel for another tranny. I never put much thought into it untill now, and its still not much thought. Lol

Be careful. All that tractor needs to do get get going too fast and have a tire catch some frozen tundra and put that machine on it's side and fling you off. Those shorts won't protect you much. Put some pants on at least.

Did you get any snow yet on that patch of ice? We got about 3in. of new snow yesterday which gave me a little seat time this morning. Still not much snow yet though for late January.

I knew somebody would say something about shorts after I looked at the video. I only were pants by choice when im doing something with snow. It started snowing sometime early this morning and there is about 3-5 inches from what I can see from my fogged up window its still snowing some.
