boy is it noisy
says no serviceable parts inside
ok we can't swear it says that somewhere
BUT
any ideas about putting some white grease
on it somewhere to quiet it down?

two screws on bottom and
two tabs on ends
looked through vent
can see hose from compressor
to fitting in case
going to run it some more
see if it quiets down

there just noisy. I quit using mine. Got a small 2 gallon 1/4 hp compressor from HF for $50 at 1 of there blowout sales. It is about as loud running, but with the tank, it cycles once about every 10 mins, for a few mins

They are just load.my badger compressor is quiet.A friend of mine had a large compressor in his shop and would fill large air tank for the model room.it would last for days of painting.

next is to spray plain water
1 red small opening nozzle
2 yellow large
then
REALLY thinned down paint
and rinse it out right away
look for tell tale left on paint

Oilless compressors are just plain noisy. That's just the nature of the beast.

after loosening cover
have to disconnect hose
from compressor to cover
before it can be lifted
all the way off
