It seems that the relay socket on the G series tractors uses a different terminal than the Packard 56 usually found on Gravely tractors. It look like a standard 1/4" push on terminal but with a locking tang. Does anyone have any idea what the industry description and part number would be?

I'm not sure if this is what your looking for. Don't know the trade# for them. The relay base is from Painless Wiring I ordered it from Summit Racing. I had some extra GM socket terminals #1201 (I think bag is torn). Jason

if the relay is a standard bosch style like pictured above, i always use http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=330-075 just cut or tape off the red wire if the blue is Hot, since it is normally closed to blue until the coil is energized. of course, if this is for a safety system you will likely use all 5 wires so hook them up as they are now.

David, I think that is what I am going to do. Sourcing the terminals to re-use the connector block is just too painful.

Radio Shack usually has those terminals on hand. Any good electrical supply house will have them. Usually come in bags of 25 or 100.

Edit: I just looked in my box of terminals, the bag of these says it came from NAPA so I'd guess most of the better car parts places would have them. Probably GM dealers for sure.
