Tecusmeh Centura 3.8hp problems

Hey guys, I just can't keep this booger running. I have cleaned the coil, checked the spark plug, put good gas in it, and cleaned the air filter. When it does start, sometimes it'll run for a second or two and then die. But, sometimes, it runs fine and I can mow with it. It is also very hard to start. Any ideas on this engine?
