Hi, Would 1st & 2nd gear be with the PTO engaged and 3rd, 4th gear be without PTO engaged in TEA 20 petrol Ferguson? Just got it and the manual & handbook dont elaborate.(just got them too):thanku:

The PTO will work in all gears, speed would determined by what implement you want to use. The higher gears would lose RPM's to the PTO..

About 2/3 to 3/4 throttle should give you the 540 PTO speed at approx 1500 rpm's

Thanks, Bit embarassing really, there was a bit of old oil scale around and I could'nt see the 3 and 4 stamped on the box so assumed there must be some other means of getting 3rd and 4th. Looked at the manual that I had just received and got out the wire brush bingo 2 more gears. A lot to learn thanks again
