The Engine Shuts down as soon as I pull the PTO Switch.....

I have checked all Safety Switches (Seat, Pedal, PTO) as per the Manual and they all test fine. Also started tracing the wires for continuity and again all is fine......

Any ideas......?

Check battery electric pto need a lot of juice to run.It may start fine but too much draw from pto could kill it.

Agreed, check the battery. I had the same symptoms and it was the battery.
