I have a Kohler K341 on a custom made log splitter my parents bought a few years ago. I don't know what year it was made, but it's old enough to have the model and spec number stamped in the metal, instead of on a sticker like Kohler's done in later years. It runs fine, except the muffler is just about rusted out. The problem is, the muffler connects to a 1-1/2" pipe, and the only mufflers I can find for K341s connect to a 1-1/4" pipe. Does anybody know where I could find such a beast, or should I be fine using an adapter to the 1-1/4" pipe? It's a "pepperpot" muffler similar to the one at http://www.theoempartsstore.com/store/product.php?productid=3794, just with a different size pipe connection.
