I saw on the used classifieds here a guy was selling a set of disks,cultivators and a rear manual 3 point hitch for 90.00.I called him and went to look at it 45 minutes from me.It was a sleeve hitch from a ss16 with a tool bar attached.He also had the tines for the cultivator and the disks.I took it all home for 40.00.He got the old sears cheap with a stuck engine(which wasn't stuck.)the cylinder was full of dirt.he cleaned it out and it fired up.the dash and front bonnet wasn't broke either until he let the bonnet go in the wind.Anyway I want to modify it too fit my murray or one of my craftsman.

I noticed today while walking by the parts that the sleeve hitch is made by simpson sears but the tool bar part is a bolens.building cupboards for our house now and kitchen reno so no time for anything but that and work.hope to be able to try it out soon before it snows.
