Would hate to have to work on the drive engine; looks to be buried under the cab.
Also, don't think the blower engine was running in this video.
Very interesting, wonder where it is located. Would love to see it in action.

Based on the source of the video my guess is that it is a modified Oliver Cletrac crawler with the operator controls facing backwards and the blower connected to the PTO at the "rear" of the crawler.

No; the tractor is pointed the right way (idler wheels to the front). And the big engine just powers the blower directly. The blower drive must go right over the top of the little tractor engine, under the driver. But between the weight of the blower and the big Cummins I would think that the frame and finals would be way overloaded.
