speedex s24 variable speed

Im hoping that someone here has a deep knowledge of speedex tractors. I just got an s24 with a solid mount motor and a variable clutch. it appears that the clutch has been welded up after a failure. does anyone have drawings, manuals or pictures of how this should work ? i would love to find a manual on this tractor also. thanks for your help!
