I am going to get a new set of plugs installed before winter and the manual doesn't say what type or number?
What should i get for the onan 18 ?
oil filter number also? I searched and found that a Penzoil PZ-21.

The Onan BG service manual says part number 167-0241 is for the spark plugs. When I plugged in the Onan BG into the Champion website it provided the following information.

The Onan BG service manual says the part number for the oil filter is 122-0406. Sears Parts has them available.

I have not tried any of the following information but somebody said the oil filter crosses over to several makes and models. Be sure to take note of the hex on the end of the Onan part.

•Fram PH3614
•STP S3614
•SILVER STREAK 83-283

J19LM or H10C are the correct ones- I use ASP 25 plugs- just don't overtighten them.

[Onan18]

H10C Champion on spark plugs. The oil filter is the same one for a Kohler Command/Courage or a Briggs Vanguard/Intek. The John Deere oil filter number is AM125424, you can have it crossed to a Fram, I believe a PH3660 but not positive on the Fram number.
