I'm offering my beloved John Deere 318 and all accessories listed:
318 tractor with approx 1007 hours
Good condition, well maintained and working as it should (Front PTO is now working as it should)
JD 46" single stage Snowblower (I totally refurbished this snowblower when I bought it and upgraded the drive to a larger gear. This thing moves a lot of snow up to 30 ft after the upgrade . It has 2 seasons on it since the refurb.
JD 54" plow blade, new edge installed last fall, excellent condition
50" mower deck with working powerflow and MC 519 material collector
Refurbished (by me) original JD cab, all lighting has been upgraded to LED (except the red flasher on top of the cab)
Separate sets of turf/AG tires/chains
3 pt hitch
Extra filters and parts I have for the tractor and accessories to go along with it

A comprehensive 318 package like this and in this condition doesn't come along very often. While the price is negotiable this machine and accessories have been used, not abused, and well maintained. The asking price reflects the condition and the value added but as I said, it IS somewhat negotiable.

FYI, I'm currently looking for a JD 1026R or equivalent to replace this machine so I'm putting this info out there in order to gauge interest. I'm not opposed to selling it now but if buyer can wait a week or two to take delivery that would be ideal
