An old lady owned it,and obviously ran it out of oil(my guess). The thing sat dormant in her shed for years,after all,it does appear to be in very good shape.

Plate the crank case, throw a rod in there and wind it back up.....

Haven't had a chance to really "Look her over" yet,and I cannot find any info on the web about an 829 RER.I assume it's 8HP,any guess on the year?

I have NEVER seen a crank that long,on a single vert.

Yes it is a keyed shaft pulley shaft extensoin.
Now just put a Honda motor on it and then you have a ultimate machine.
