There were a couple of manuals for the "hydro drive RERs" an "operators and a
parts". Not many photos for the "hydro belt". It seems (I have never even seen a "hydro drive RER. but it appears that the hydro drive belt and pulley is on the engine and the top groove on the engine pulley. According to directions , the Blade belt must be removed to let the drive belt off the pulley. It also states "
note: park brake must be engaged to release tension from the transmission allowing the belt to be removed". You should download both manuals.
