I've realized that many people have tractor snow throwers and smaller cleanup walk behind snowblowers. I spotted this one on craigslist for a good price. It's a Simplicity snow-away 7, 7/22 with a Tecumseh. Does anybody know anything about this machine and would it be worth getting for cleanup?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Simplicity was building that machine for Snapper for several years when I was a Snapper dealer. They had a very good track record and are very simple in design, unlike some of Toro's latest iterations. I would recommend it.

Its pretty beasty. It even has 2 temperature heated grips and power spout rotator and deflector angle from the handles. Way more then I need but hey, if your gonna have the toys!!! The front tires are actually the same size as the front on a sovereign with knobbies! It really will get used maybe an hour a year. I changed it to mobil one and it will probably be 5 or 7 years before it even gets an oil change...
