Slow old girl

My tractor is an OLD international 504 .. 1960s model. The front loader is not very strong. Does not lift a significant amount of weight. The 3 point hitch works ok. I just had the filter replaced as it was collapsed. Is this tractor really slow? Or is there a problem I can fix?
