There are So Many different Sleeve Hitches On the Market that were Made depending on the Brand Of Tractor But Basically They allow you to use Implements such as a Plow

But... yeah, not in my current budget. I guess I was just simply wondering about a manual sleeve hitch then...

found a thread here where a user adapted an MTD (which I believe is also sold as craftsman) manual sleeve hitch to his 2500 series Cub Cadet. I am unfamiliar with 2500 series, but in his photos, his rear plate looks very similar to my 3000 series..? Anyone know?
