I spotted this ad a week ago, took the drive down and picked up a nice 716H for $400 that only needed a battery and a fuel line.
The guy is dumping a huge lot of tractors, he had a dozen or more there last weekend.

Most are complete, but no decks, he told me someone came and bought all the decks the first day. He's got a few snow plows, a couple tillers, and a few tractors that are just parts. They all came out of central PA originally, he hauled them there to sell closer to home. There's a few without motors, but most are basically complete. A few are marked with notes like "needs starter", or "needs belts" etc. I think he may have motors too but he's not brought them down from PA yet.

The guy told me he had listed them on CL up in PA but got very little response to the ad for the AC and Simplicity machines, he was only able to sell off the Wheel Horse, Bolens, and New Holland/Ariens machines in PA last year. He said he brought those all to NJ so he could list and show them at home rather than only being able to be in PA a couple days a week.
I think he started with something like 54 Simplicity and Allis Chalmers tractors, all were 34xx, 70xx, and 71xx series machines from what I saw. I was there the first or second day of the ad. He's not that far from PA, about 40 minutes from Philly to the south, but he said he's nearly 3 hours from where they were brought from. My guess is they were so far out in the country no one wanted to travel there either.

Just about every one of the tractors I looked at had potential, most looked like they would run with minor work. Mostly batteries and a fuel system cleaning.
If I had room, I'd buy the whole lot but I'm pushing my luck now at the house, I've got six here now and a couple behind the garage half stripped for parts over the years.
He's selling them all pretty cheap, I was really surprised when I went back and was able to buy a 7114S and a 7116H for $600. The 714S was for parts but it turned out to be a runner too, it just needed a carb cleaning, a fuel hose, a seat, and a pair of front tires. I had intended to rob it of its lift cable and rear sleeve hitch but I may have to go back and grab another one for parts to add a hitch to my original 7116H.

If I had the room, I'd buy the one's with no motors and do a modern engine swap or a diesel conversion. (He had a few diesel machines and a few motors but they were sold before I left there that first day.
