I know nothing about them aside from what I've seen on the TV commercials, but for that price, how could you go wrong?

I'd be all over it.

Congratulations Joe. For that money, I would have been all over it too.

Finding a carb shouldn't be that hard, we hope, anyway.

Well, D J , I tinkered with her for a few minutes. Took the fan shroud up and cleaned off the magneto and reinstalled it. Pulled the plug and cleaned it up. Put the wire on the plug an lo and behold I got some pretty good spark. Shot some carb cleaner in the cyl and put the plug in and gave her a yank.:praying: Fired right up and ran for a second.:thThumbsU I am right happy with the old girl. Got the eng. numbers and am gonna try to find a used carb, possibly new if I can find a good one for a good price.

Yep! Just did get that taken care of D Dogg.
I have never even been close to one of these things but it looks like a beast. It is for sure an older one but heck, so are my old Troy Bilt tillers and let's not forget my 1968 Wheel Horse Commando that I would be really hard pressed to get rid of. Just cause it got a little age ...just gives it character! LOL
I have NO IDEA what I'm gonna do with it. :dunno:
