I got the tractor spark good. Now I just can't get the carb to suck fuel. I took it all apart cleaned it and put it back together and it still won't suck fuel. Anyone know where I can get a rebuild kit for the carb and the fuel pump? (The fuel line is not plugged.

Ebay has plenty. I think you can also buy them from a Cummins dealer.

Soak the fuel pump gaskets in 3 in one oil and they will seal up and start pumping again

I got my rebuild kit from Gary's (www.gphope.com). I had the same problem, although mine was a float maladjustment issue. The fuel pump was working fine, but the float kept sticking up so the bowl wouldn't fill. I confirmed this by starting the tractor with the top of the carb off - this allows the fuel pump to move fuel freely, but it will squirt out of the carb port. I don't really recommend this for a long list of reasons.
