My neighbor saw my trash picked Toro out front the other day and being the nice woman she is, gave me a Sears push mower that's been sitting in her garage. Pretty basic; not self propelled or anything. Just a basic engine on a housing with a blade. She has no clue how long it's been in her garage (husband bought it, but he passed away) and I was curious to know how old/young it is. Numbers are as follows:

Model: 917.383011
Lot: M091487
Serial: 000127

Any clue? The picture I took with my phone is corrupted so I'll have to wait to take one later. Thanks again, fellas!

Yeah...I've been looking around for half the day and I can't find anything. Thanks for helping look though. I guess I'll just get her cleaned up and sell her, unless I can find some reason to keep it.

:thanku:

That's what I was thinking too. The mower *looks* like it's from the 80's (of course, I forgot to take a picture again) so I'm pretty sure you're right. :thanku:
