Neato! I did not know they made a front/rear tote box. Are you sure it is not home made, or a modified front tote box?

I have a front tote box but it is a little different looking. Somebody said my tote box was made to go on Custom tractors but I am not so sure. Mine hooks to the front of a ST16 but it is kinda different. What can you tell about mine?

No it's factory... I have one just like it. It mounts on the front with 2 rods on the quick attach plate (also used for the new style snow/dozer) or on the frame of the 14/6 "angry" style tractors- for the 3 point mount, there is a banana shaped piece that slip in and the top rod goes thru that, and attaches to the top link of the 3 point.

I have one just like yours. What is nice about, it can be left on the tractor and still use the tractor to mow with.

I acquired an old tool box like this, but a shorter top-to-bottom and longer left-to-right.

I'm planning on making some sort of hitch for the front of the 11/36 for a carryall/weight box. So far I'm in about $20 for the primer and some rattlecan green in a hammered finish. Nice to know there's historical precedent behind the idea.

I'd like to see the weights that go on the front bracket.

Tote box is a really useful attachment imo.
I have pictures of the weights from 1977- not sure how they would work on that bracket...

Maybe the rear hitch weights if you use the outer holes and put rods through them may line up with the mount holes on the quick attach bracket,...

the front weights have their own bracket, looks kinda like a front mule drive! I got the weight but not the correct bracket!
