well 100% Elmer's Glueall
stayed on top
boy is the surface underneath rough!
going to look around for something

Woodland Scenics has something
called 'Flex Paste'
quote Woodland
'This flexible, non-cracking modeling paste can be used to create a hard surface, as a filler or primer on foam.'
anybody ever use this?
