This tractor has the electric pto. My question is , should it be engaged at full throttle? The manual says so , but it seems like it'd be less stress on the clutch to engage at half throttle or even less, then once engaged go full throttle?
Any opinions?

That's been well debated here before. No consensus I'm aware of. One side says -" the manual says so" the other says " Its easier on the clutch, I've always done it this way etc "
I doubt it will make any difference in the long run.
Compromise at 3/4 throttle and don't worry about it.

Full throttle won't hurt a thing.
