no secret recipes, no tricks, just a rub, mixed in melted butter a few spices - fresh thyme, rubbing sage, rosemary, a little garlic powder...
and thats it.. set it and forget it...

Rotisserie chicken is about my favorite thing on the grill....

It looks, smells and tastes delicious...

Your not kidding, we cook them often here too. Have to give that a try next time.

I do it on my Ronco rotisserie. Works quite well. Just a little Lawrys seasoning salt or the Lawrys seaoning salt/pepper.

Mmmm, good stuff.

Don't have a rotisserie so I do them on a beer can in the smoker.
