I got this cart last May it was really rusted. I took it all apart sandblasted it sanded it primed it, new tires, decals. I have a little more welding to do on the tailgate before I can paint it. Now won't be able to haul anything in it but maybe some flowers not after all the work it took to get it back in this shape.

Nice job, My Model 80 is unrestored and nowhere near that nice but the only thing it holds is tractor parts while it sits in the garage.
