I bought a troybuilt horse pretty cheap the other day. I'm looking at repowering options. Originally it had a tecumseh 6hp HH60. The original owner kept the engine for a personal project. I almost sure the shaft size is 3/4".

So far I've found the following. All prices are not including shipping.

Worldaire 6.5hp $139
robin 6.5hp $245
honda GC 6.5hp $244
honda GX200 6.5hp $319

And there are some misc briggs and tecumsehs around the $250 range.

I've been looking for a used engine on craigslist too. Its just a matter of waiting.

I'm kinda leaning toward the honda GC, I have one on a pressure washer thats been very good.
