Take the three screws out that hold the shroud on. Get a small flat screwdriver and pry out the inner part of the shroud (should be black where it meets the green). There is a plastic tab that goes under the green part right behind the primer. The primer is held in place by the white plastic clips. Squeeze one side of the clip so it comes out of the shroud. The other side should come right out. You can then put the primer bulb on and make sure it is positioned properly.

If I am correct, a 10515 is not supposed to have a primer bulb.....
Some actually did, one of mine w/o the walbro had a primer.... ditto with what petr said..... also when you install the primer add alittle piece of foam to filter any stuff coming through the primer bulb :goodl:
