I just rebuilt my 446 PTO with-in the last few weeks, make sure the spring washers have some spring in them. The old ones I took out were all flat, I ordered all new washers and spacer's from Brian and in less than 1 hour it was like brand new. If you follow the parts diagram for proper placement you should be fine.
