Just received my parts in the mail after snapping the belt which took out the PTO fork and the engagement rod. Well thought this would be any easy install......the engagement rod wasn't to bad to install....But the PTO fork, i think I know what i need to do but, is there an easer way???.........please don't tell what many of you are going to say:lalala:

You have to take the clutch apart up to the bearing halves. Watch when you reassemble, the bearing halves are staggered so to speak. You should be able to get the info from the sticky at the top of the page or go to the yahoo groups there are lots of manuals there too.

No, you do not have to disconnect the cooler.

Disconnect the headlamp wire and carefully remove the hood. The cooler is bolted to two metal uprights and they are bolted to the frame. Remove only the four frame bolts and gently swing the cooler out of the way.
