Jay,
I have the identical mower listed in patent for "Rotary Power Mower with Lateral Discharge" in drawings 2,3,4 & 5. The only difference is mine has A10 Iron Horse engine and drawings show Power Products engine. Note the muffler is a small box shape mounted to engine with hole cut out of deck for it to discharge out the bottom corner into the grass. It has LAWNBOY cast in in deck and does not have the round RPM that other early mowers had. It does not say RPM anywhere on it only the the Lawnboy letters cast in deck. Bill

They were made very precise and even had a Battery Powered Lawn-Boy simulated engine noise that also blew air into the grass catcher bag that made it appear to be catching the lawn clippings.
