So I have about 30 days to get ready for the tractor show I go to every March so I'm starting the process of getting ready since at this point I've realized there is no way in heck the turbo 332 will be ready to go I'm re prioritizing. Here's my current list of things to get done. I'll post pictures here as I accomplish things. So yes turbo 332 will be back on the back burner again till after the show.

Paint my 12x9.5 John Deere 420 rims

Paint a pair of 300 series front rims

Mount my 16x6.50-8 Firestone trim ribs

Mount my 26x12-12 Firestone 23 degree ag tires

Pull off the v61's and Tru Powers that are on the stock 332.

Put the all four Firestones on the stock 332.

Repaint main plow beam on my Brinly 12" 3pt plow as it currently has a bit of orange peel and it bugs me.

Order two Brinly decals for the plow.

Shine up the moldboard

Mount plow on tractor

Get 165 running again

Pull AG tires off 165

Put my set of turfs back on the 165

Mount mowing deck on 165

Do an oil change on the 332

Wash,wax, polish, tractors

Charge batteries

Pack tools and spare parts

Finally load up and head to the show

That is a lot of prep for 30 days! I go to a October show and I am prepping now. My biggest issue to solve is transportation.

Yeah especially since I only have a couple days a week to work on this stuff. And even then it's only 3-4 hours on those days.

Yeah I figure on Monday I'll go make a parts run and get all of the stuff I need and then get started checking stuff off the list.

Well decided to add another item to the list and that is filling those 26x12-12's after I get them mounted with windshield washer fluid.

if it does not freeze hard for long periods of time and if your shop is heated you can fill those tires with tap water just get a hose adapter and fill the up. even up here in north dakota i did that to a set of tires, they come off in the fall and go in the basement. just put in a cap full or two of bleech.

if they do freeze, dont drive it just take the tires off there and bring them in some where warm or if you know it is going to warm up just leave it alone.

No my shop isn't heated and with wheel weights it makes them a pain to take on and off plus they are 26x12-12's so filled they won't be light easily over 100lbs each. Very rarely do we get serious cold weather but I would rather be safe than sorry plus windshield washer fluid doesn't corrode the rims and is pretty cheap and if any were to ever leak out it will evaporate.

2.5 of the rims have been painted plan to do the other 1.5 on Wednesday hopefully. Then I'll mount the tires in a week or so. I also ordered my new hardware for the plow.

Here are some pics of the rims they have a few runs which is aggravating but oh we'll most of them won't be visible anyway. The front rims are a PITA to paint it got a couple giant runs in it thankfully they aren't going to be easily visible and if they bug me enough I'll sand down the runs and re shoot them. One wheel was so bad I'm having to start over on it so I'll try and get it painted tomorrow after I finish sanding it.

The back rims turned out pretty good for the most part given the crappy weather and a bad batch of John Deere rattle cans that kept wanting to spit and slobber.

Yeah I'll get on it. Been to busy trying to get stuff done when I have time to remember to take pics. Wheels and tires should be going on this later this week and should have the plow finished up next week.
